"The New City" from Anina was built in the late '80s as a residiential neighbourhood for the workers from Anina's thermo-electrical power station (Caras-Severin county, Romania). The project was a compete failure so many of the buildings were abandoned. In the image above a flock of sheep grazes freely between the buildings.

rudaria watermills
Rudaria gorge is situated in the Banat Mountains from Romania. They are famous for the watermills that are still used today for grinding corn.
